I was nervous to make an offer on my condo, but Amy recommended offering the asking price with an extended closing date. The sellers had higher offers, however my offer was most appealing to them. The fixes we requested were all taken care of without issue. And her recommended home inspector was very thorough. One of her first priorities was creating my 'check list' of amenities that any potential property must have, would like to have, and can sacrifice. The last two categories were not needed.
